Uniform Shop Update
Welcome to Term 1 of 2018. The Uniform Shop is located opposite the Canteen and is open every Tuesday morning from 8.30am – 9.30am, with classroom deliveries starting from 9.30am.
A huge, huge, huge thank you to Rachael and Justine who have been amazing volunteers in the Uniform Shop over the past few years. They are both involved in other things this year, however you will see their faces from time to time. We have welcomed the wonderful Mel (who you may know from the Canteen) to our team for 2018.
We have had a busy start to the year, and have noticed that the Lost Property is already building up at a rapid rate, which is quite concerning. Please remember to LABEL your child's clothes with their name and class – please….!
General Uniform Information:
• Just a reminder that students should not be wearing the yellow polos from the end of 2017. We donated all remaining stock of our yellow polos to charity.
• We have Poly Cotton and Cotton Long Sleeve and Short Sleeve navy polos in stock.
• We also sell good quality Second Hand Uniforms at greatly reduced prices during Opening Hours.
Classroom Delivery:
• If you have selected classroom delivery for items ordered online via QKR and your item has not made it home with your child on the Tuesday afternoon, please check with their teacher to see if they have the item.
• If the teacher does not have the item, and it is not in your child's school bag, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us during opening hours or via email: uniformshopbbps@gmail.com
RagTagd System:
• If you have purchased an item with a RagTagd label, please remember to activate the tag, and clearly label the item of clothing.
• Should you receive a text message to say your item is in Lost Property, please collect the item as soon as possible (the same day or within a day or so).
o Items left uncollected unfortunately have a tendency to ‘disappear' if they are left there too long.
• Lost Property is located outside the Uniform Shop, opposite the Canteen. RagTagd items should be in one of the clearly labeled tubs on the shelves.
• Individual packs of the RagTagd Tags are available via QKR or in the Uniform Shop.

Uniform Shop Frequently Asked Questions
When is the Uniform Shop Open?
The Uniform Shop is open every Tuesday morning from 8.30am – 9.30am.
There are times where the shop will be open for additional days (ie: change of seasons) and these dates will be communicated via the school website.
How do I purchase items if I can't make it to the Uniform Shop on a Tuesday morning?
We accept online orders via QKR! Any online orders received by 8.00am Tuesday morning will be delivered to your nominated child's classroom on Tuesday.
What happens if my child doesn't receive their order to their classroom?
If you have made an order prior to 8.00am Tuesday morning, and your child has not come home with it, please check with their teacher if the order is in their classroom.
Should you still have not received it, please email uniformshopbbps@gmail.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Do you accept cash?
No, unfortunately not (no exceptions). We accept all major credit cards / EFTPOS cards only.
Do you accept pre-loved uniforms?
Yes please! We have a thriving second hand uniform rack and we love receiving items that are in good condition. Please ensure your pre-loved uniform has been washed before bringing it in – thanks!
Can cash be used to purchase items from the second-hand rack?
No, unfortunately not (no exceptions).
What happens if I need to swap the size of an item I have purchased?
We are always more than happy to swap sizes. Just come in and see us. Please ensure your items are in the correct packaging with all tags attached along with a copy of your receipt (received via email, text message or QKR receipt).
Can I still purchase or wear the yellow polo shirts?
The school uniform now consists of the navy & yellow polo top (available in both cotton and poly cotton). Yellow polo tops should not be worn from January 2018.
All remaining yellow polo shirts were donated to charity at the end of December 2017.
Tired of constantly checking lost property for that missing school jacket? Don't want to buy yet another school hat for your child??
Buy your pre-tagged hat or jacket from the Uniform Shop and you'll be notified when your item has arrived at Lost Property!
What do I have to do?
Simply send an SMS with your unique code to activate your garment's tag - easy!!
What happens then?
Once your garment is placed in the Lost Property Rack, the sensor will detect your tag. A text message will be sent to you at 7.30am the morning after it has arrived in Lost Property - so it's fresh on your mind before school. And, you'll know it's at school so you can stop the frantic before-school search in the schoolbag... and under the bed ... and behind the couch... and in the car...
Where do I find the Garment?
You or your child can collect the item from the Lost Property Rack located in the Undercroft (next to the Uniform Shop, opposite the Canteen).
What about Garments I already Own?
The Uniform Shop will also be selling 2xtag packs which you can attach to items you already have. Simply sew on & activate!
Pre-tagged hats, jackets and tag packs will be available from the Uniform Shop and on QKR from the beginning of Term 2.
