When is Kindergarten transition?
Starting school is a big event for everyone. A positive start to school is important and relies on everyone working together to make it happen – family, community, early childhood education service and the school team.
Kindergarten transition, or orientation visits, help children and families become familiar with the school. It comprises three visits to the school and provides information for children and families.
To ensure you and your child feels supported and prepared for starting school, we will conduct a parent information session on Wednesday 30 October 2024 from 6.00-6.45pm. The parent ifsession will be held in the school hall.
Kindergarten 2025 students are invited to have their first taste of school by attending three sessions in our Kindergarten classrooms in Term 4. Dates for 2024 are as follows;
- Kindy Orientation 1 - 6 November 2024, 9.30-11.00am
- Kindy Orientation 2 - 19 November 2024, 9.30-11.00am
- Kindy Orientation 3 - 26 November 2024, 9.30-11.00am
